Brad Finstad (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Minnesota's 1st Congressional District. He assumed office on August 12, 2022. His current term ends on January 3, 2027.

Finstad (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the U.S. House to represent Minnesota's 1st Congressional District. He declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]

Biography

Brad Finstad was born in New Ulm, Minnesota, in 1976. He earned a degree in agriculture education from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Finstad's career experience includes working as a staffer for Congressman Mark Kennedy (R), the state director for rural development with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the executive director of the Minnesota Turkey Growers Association, and the executive director of the Center for Rural Policy & Development. He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2003 to 2009.[1][2][3]
